Relationship breakdown is usually an emotional and stressful time for all parties involved. It is important that you get the right help and support when you need it most. We know that each marriage or civil partnership is unique and that the problems arising out of each breakdown are also unique, bringing difficult, potentially complex decisions that can have far-reaching effects for you and your children.
We are able to offer help and advice concerning all aspects of divorcing or separating from a partner. If you separate, even if you are able to remain on good terms with your former partner, there will be issues to be resolved about money, children and property. We can help make sure the process is as painless as possible and advise you on your legal entitlement, what you can expect from the Court process and alternative methods of reaching an agreement, such as collaborative law.

We no longer offer Legal Aid but where a client appears to be eligible for Legal Aid we will be able to advise of this and offer onward referral to a Legal Aid solicitor where appropriate.
