Client Survey Results
There are a number of ways in which clients let us know what they think of our service. Some write letters - you can see some of the comments on our Testimonials page, some talk to us on the telephone and some complete our Client Survey Questionnaire.
The Questionnaires are sent to clients in one of two ways. Firstly, whenever we come to the end of a matter for a client, we send them a letter to confirm completion and ask them if they would like to provide feedback. Secondly, we conduct an annual survey in which we send questionnaires to fifteen clients randomly selected from each legal advisers client list. The results are collected and any comments received - whether good or bad - used to develop and improve our client care procedures.
